DESCRIPTION:Water Color\nBeginners - Intermediates\nInstructor Robin Harvey
 \nTuesdays\n1:00pm - 4:00pm\nApril 9 through May 28\n$120 - 8 week course\
 nClass Supply List\n\n\n 	2 sheets of Gemini Watercolor Paper #140 lb. (av
 ailable for purchase at Wasem's) quartered.\n 	A hard board (plywood or Ga
 tor Board to mount your paper on. Board should be at least 4" bigger than 
 the paper.\n 	An assortment of water color brushes (1" wash brush to fine 
 liner brush. Include a round\, wedges\, and flat brushes of assorted sizes
 ). Bring what you have. Beginners start off with a set of assorted sized o
 f Water Color Brushes.\n 	A cheap water color brush for masking (the size 
 that comes with children's watercolor sets).\n 	Salt shaker with salt in i
 t. Different types of salt if you have them (table\, course\, canning\, an
 d rock salt).\n 	Small water spray bottle.\n 	2 deep containers for rinse 
 water.\n 	A multiple slotted pallet with a large space in the middle for m
 ixing\, the more slots the better.\n 	Paper towels\n 	Q-tips\, toothpicks\
 , a couple of nails\, plastic wrap\, Exacto knife.\n 	Hand-held hair dryer
  (VAC has some\, but you will need one at home).\n 	Masking fluid (check t
 o see that the bottle is not dried up).\n 	Paint - try to buy the best qua
 lity of tubes you can. Look for artist as opposed to student quality. I am
  a fan of Holbein brand. All brands have different names for colors so buy
 :\n\n 	Cadmium Red or Permanent Red (True Christmas like Red)\n 	Cadmium Y
 ellow or Azo Yellow (Clean bright Yellow)\n 	Ultramarine Blue\n 	Cobalt Bl
 ue\n 	Cerulean Blue\n 	Alizarin Crimson\n 	Yellow Ochre\n 	Burnt Sienna\n 
 	Raw Umber or Van Dyke Brown\n 	Sap Green\n 	Hookers Green\n 	Phthalo Gree
 n or Viridian Green\n 	Cad Orange\n 	Gambose\n\n\n\nBring a sample of your
  water color work if you have painted before.\n\nMake sure to tell Wasem's
