- Graphite Pencils
- #2, #4, #6, & #8 (or just #2)
- Kneaded Eraser
- 12 x 14 Drawing Paper or Sketch Book
We will use simple shapes and turn them into recognizable forms.
If you can write, you can learn to draw using shapes.
We will identify shapes in the subjects we want to draw and draw from large and small shapes.
Donna has been drawing and painting for many years. When she participated in Art Festivals, in years past, her favorite thing to do was drawings and pastels “on-the-spot-portraits” of participants. She has a knack for getting the likeness of the sitter in just a few strokes of the pencil from live models or photographs. She’s one of the best in the northwest.
